Q. How does it work?
A. Once you decide on our services, a manager will meet with you in your home and together we will develop a plan that is convenient.

Q. What is the cost to declutter, organize and clean my parent’s home?
A. We cannot give quotes prior to meeting with you simply because every home is unique.

Q. How much notice to re-schedule appointment?
​A. We ask that you contact us 24 - 48 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment. However, there is a cancellation charge (50% of service canceled) if cancelation is less than 24 hours and must be paid in full before rescheduling.

Q. How do I make a payment?
A. Payments are made before work is started and you choose how you pay. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover through PayPal. We also accept personal checks, bank checks                                                                           

Q. What if I am not satisfied with the service?
A. There may be times when your expectations are not met. Simply let us know by calling. 978.552.9533

Q. How many people will be in my home?
A. Depending on the type of service and how quickly you need us. We also take into consideration the size of the property ranging for small, medium or large.

Q. Is tipping allowed?
A. Tipping is your decision for service/s rendered.
